Chad also tries to broaden his territory by listing a tiny bungalow in an up-and-coming neighborhood. But to his dismay, the home is plagued with a problem that threatens to scare away buyers. Meanwhile, Josh expands his sales territory by listing a $10 million mansion in Orange County’s Newport Coast.
