First, he tests their shopping skills by having them shop with tiny bags for the ingredients to their signature seafood dishes. Then, a blind choice determines which canned ingredient they must feature in their comfort dishes. Finally, a roll of Guy’s dice determines the parameters for the chefs’ spicy chicken dinners before one island chef rides the wave to victory and shops Flavortown for up to $20,000.
